Aqui no Brasil só poderemos assistir à elogiada atuação de Josh Brolin na sexta-feira que antecede ao Oscar, 20.02.2009, mas é muito improvável que Brolin consiga evitar esse Oscar póstumo para Heath Ledger. Seymour Hoffman e Robert Downey Jr. estão ótimos por “Dúvida” e “Trovão Tropical” (que poderia ter rendido uma indicação a um impagável Tom Cruise), e a grande menção honrosa é a intensa interpretação de Michael Shannon em “Foi Apenas um Sonho” (entre os indicados) e Dev Patel por “Quem Quer Ser um Milionário?” (entre os não-indicados).
